When can I expect my order?
We fulfill orders and drop them off to the post office within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Our Standard Shipping delivery time is 3-5 business days.
We also offer Express Shipping, if your order is time sensitive, such as for a gift. These orders will be shipped through either FedEx or UPS for a delivery time of 1-2 business days.
How can I track my order?
After purchasing, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox notifying you that we've received your order. A tracking number will be provided to you once we fulfill your order. You can also track your order at anytime via our Chat!
Do you accept returns? What if my package doesn't arrive / arrives damaged?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns due to hygienic and safety reasons. However, we're more than happy to provide refunds or send replacements and pay for the shipment. Do your products contain any artificial dyes?
No, the only coloring we use in any of our products come from natural botanicals or clays infused into the formula.
Are PROV 31 cleaning products antibacterial? Do they disinfect?
PROV 31 does not offer a disinfectant, sanitizer, or antibacterial products. Sanitizers and disinfectants kill germs while leaving the remains behind, including good bacteria. This can contributes to the growth of resistant "superbugs" when some germs survive.
Instead, PROV 31 removes germs versus killing them. This is suitable under normal circumstances, much like washing your hands everyday. Only rarer situations call for sanitization or disinfection (i.e., after preparing raw meat or when a loved one has the flu).
How can I order refills?

Will this cure my eczema / rosacea / psoriasis / other skin issue?
Our products have not been tested for pharmaceutical use. While our soaps are crafted with gentle, skin-friendly ingredients, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you’re managing eczema or another skin concern, we encourage you to work with your healthcare provider to find your triggers and the best care plan for you.
