Shipping policy

At PROV 31, we aim to ship your order carefully and efficiently, just like how we craft your products.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 days. During busy holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always communicate any delays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• We currently ship within the United States via USPS or similar services (such as FedEx or UPS).
• We offer a flat rate of $4.99 for Standard Shipping.
• Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50. Please see below for delivery times.
  
• For time sensitive orders, we have Express Shipping rates available, please see below for delivery times.
• We carefully pack your order to arrive safely on your doorstep. But if for some reason it does not, please see below.

Shipping Delivery Times

Standard Shipping delivery time is 3-5 business days. We also offer Express Shipping for orders that are time sensitive, such as gifts. These are shipped through FedEx or UPS for a delivery time of 1-2 business days.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery window). We will gladly offer a replacement or refund. PROV 31 is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
