Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We accept secure payments via Shopify’s checkout platform. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax as required by law based on your shipping address. Taxes are calculated automatically at checkout.

Product Availability

All items are handmade in small batches using natural materials. Products may vary slightly in appearance due to the natural materials used and handmade nature.

No Returns Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review our Return Policy for full details. We do, however, make things right in the rare event your item arrives damaged or defective.
